Fare:
Fare varies by duration and location of your charter.
Includes diesel fuel, propane, lock fees, use of linens,
housewares, two bicycles, and tax where applicable.
Hire:
A reservation is made with a payment of half the fare
and executed contracts.
All payments must be paid by check. Balance plus damage
and security deposit are due 60 days prior to departure.
Hirer:
Must be 21 years of age and demonstrate the ability
to safely operate the boat.
Hire Period:
Varies by duration and location of the charter.
Cancellation
Fee: If a reservation is canceled prior
to date of hire, the following charge applies:

Damage
and Security Deposit: A $500 damage and
security deposit is due 60 days prior to departure
and will be refunded 10 working days from return
of boat, provided no damage or loss occurs.
Restrictions:
Company reserves the right to restrict cruising areas
in severe weather conditions for the safety of the
Hirers and boat.
Terms and Conditions
of Hire: Hirer must read, agree, sign and
return contracts with initial
payment to reserve. Executed copy is provided with
reservation confirmation.
Parking:
Free and well-lighted parking is available at most
ports.
Travel Agent
Fees: Fees remain the sole responsibility
of the Hirer.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the boat.
Cleaning:
It is the responsibility of the Hirer to clean the
boat prior to disembarking. A cleaning option is available
($50). Please indicate your preference on the reservation
form.
